Golfers and fans in Australia will soon have a new digital platform to engage with the sport. The launch of GOLF.com.au is set for October 2, 2025. This website is a joint initiative by the PGA of Australia and Golf Australia. It combines seven legacy websites into one centralized, mobile-friendly platform.

GOLF.com.au aims to serve as a digital hub for over 460,000 club members and nearly 4 million Australians who played golf last year. It also caters to newcomers, professional tour fans, and more than 30,000 industry professionals and volunteers.

The website offers features such as booking tee times, finding lessons or clinics, tracking handicaps, following leaderboards, and discovering places to play. Gavin Kirkman, CEO of PGA of Australia stated: “It puts every part of the golf experience at your fingertips.”

The site provides tools like a “finder” tool for users to locate courses or professionals nearby. James Sutherland, CEO of Golf Australia said: “From long-time club members to those just picking up a club for the first time, we’ve designed this new digital experience for all golfers and fans.”

Upon its launch on October 2nd, users can log into personal portals to view their GA Handicap and track scoring history. They can find local golf experiences including public courses and driving ranges.

GOLF.com.au will also cover professional golf events like the Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia and WPGA Tour of Australasia.
