Some well-known Australian golfers are teaming up for the American Family Insurance Championship on the PGA TOUR Champions. This event will feature 38 teams of two playing a best-ball format on Friday and Saturday, followed by a scramble format on the final day.

Greg Chalmers and Steve Allan, both past Australian Open champions, have paired up for this event. John Senden has teamed with Rod Pampling, while Richard Green and Mark Hensby also form a notable team. The new format provides an opportunity for old friends and competitors to join forces.

In other golf news, three Australians will compete in the RBC Canadian Open on the PGA TOUR. Meanwhile, reigning Vic Open champion Su Oh is set to make her second appearance of the year at the ShopRite LPGA Classic presented by Acer.

Marc Leishman is preparing for his participation in LIV Golf Virginia as he holds a spot in the US Open.
